ORIGINS
KICK was formed from roots in fashion, licensing, & manufacturing. Eddie and Kathy directed Mickey & Co. by JG Hook, the first-ever character licensing and retail business for upscale adult apparel, credited with launching a whole generation of fashion, lifestyle and retail businesses including the Disney Store. KICK was launched in 1990 as an independent creative studio to serve licensors, licensees, and theme retailers. 20 years later, KICK's business has evolved and grown to impact core brands as well as extend them for today's contemporary consumer.

with a background in design, brand building, character licensing and new media. His creative vision has been the catalyst to launch new brands and to drive existing brands into new areas. Eddie is a co-owner of KICK Design as well as the creator of the KickMap of the NYC Subway - the critically acclaimed "better" NYC Subway map with over one half million Apple App downloads.

is a fashion designer and trend forecaster by training and brings this perspective to her work as the President and co-owner of KICK Design. Her expertise includes the sensitive and innovative translation of brands to leading edge fashion, home furnishings, and experiences, with a deep understanding of production. Past roles include fashion designer for men, women, and kids.

is a business developer, senior account manager and producer of select projects including mobile applications. For over 10 years she has worked with the KICK team to position new and existing brands and products for growth. She began her career in children's multimedia at CTW and JP Kids, working with the Disney Channel and PBS, and then moved to fashion licensing before joining the agency-side of the business.
